Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to Bempton Primary School
We are a small village school with big ambitions for every child. At Bempton, we believe that all children deserve the very best possible start in life, and we work closely with families to make sure each pupil feels supported, valued, and encouraged to flourish. Our staff know our pupils well, building warm, trusting relationships that help our school feel like one caring family. We are committed to meeting the needs of every child—including our most vulnerable—so that all learners can thrive both now and in the future.
Our Mission
-
To ensure everyone in our school community is kind, responsible, and aspirational.
-
To create a happy, safe environment where pupils feel secure and supported by trusted, nurturing adults.
-
To meet the individual learning and emotional needs of all our pupils and a curriculum designed to help every learner succeed.
-
To offer a wide range of enriching experiences and opportunities that broaden pupils’ interests, deepen their sense of responsibility, and inspire their aspirations.
-
To teach a strong and effective programme of personal development from Early Years onwards, helping children build confidence, resilience, and independence.
-
To engage our pupils in meaningful learning, encouraging them to embrace challenge and develop the skills they need for a bright and successful future.
We would welcome you to visit our school to meet the staff and children as we are all very proud of our school community. If you would like to arrange a visit or require any further information, please do not hesitate to call the school office on 01262 850508.
