School Uniform

We ask that children are smartly and appropriately dressed for school each day.
Our school uniform is as follows:
Red polo shirt
Red sweat shirt or cardigan
Charcoal or black trousers
Charcoal or black skirt
Short trousers or red and white gingham dresses may be worn in the Summer months.
Black footwear should be worn. This may include black trainers without white stripes.

P.E. Kit
Red, plain round neck tee shirt
Black shorts
Plimsolls
The PE kit should be placed in a draw string bag (or similar) and should be left in school during each half term block.
Children are asked not to wear plimsolls for apparatus lessons. Pupils with foot infections should wear a rubber sock on the infected foot. (Please refer to PE policy)

Games Kit
Warm tracksuit type clothing or jogging bottoms and warm top.
Outdoor trainers/football boots
Games kits should be brought to school on the day of the week that a child has an outdoor games session. (Refer to Home School Link book for details)
We ask that all items of school clothing are named.

Jewellery
In line with our PE policy and Health and Safety policy, jewellery should not be worn at school.
If ears are pierced, small studs should be worn.
These studs must be removed for PE and Games lessons.
Newly pierced ears may be covered with adhesive tape, which should be sent in to school.
Children in class 3 may wear watches to school, but they will be removed for PE and Games lessons.
The only exception to the 'no jewellery' rule is a child who has to wear a medi-alert bracelet.
